This choice is perfect for those who want to assemble a squad but lack an official recruitment in LATAM, and have a specific headcount and growth targets within a set timeframe.
Fee: Equivalent fee of 10% of the candidate's first-year salary
Minimum of staff: 5
Payment term: After the candidate's first date of employment.
Warranty 3 Months. (In the event that the chosen candidate resigns or does not meet expectations, either due to performance or cultural disparity with the company, during the three months after being hired (contract signature), we will execute the backfill as a guarantee at no additional cost

Payment Terms: 60% upfront upon contract initiation, and 40% upon contract completion.

You'll receive a profile report that provides a detailed explanation of how well-suited the candidate is for the position, based on their CV analysis.
